Application form letter of acceptance<\/h2>\n

APPLICATION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE TO STUDIES 2026-2027 – download<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

The application file must contain the following documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Application form with photo<\/li>\n
  2. Copy of the Baccalaureate (high school) Diploma or equivalent and the transcript of<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    records for the high school years endorsed by the Romanian Embassy in his\/her country or with the Hague Apostille – translated into Romanian and officially endorsed<\/strong>;<\/p>\n

    1. Copy of the Bachelor’s diploma and the transcript of records, endorsed by the Romanian Embassy in his\/her country or with the Hague Apostille – translated into Romanian and officially endorsed<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      For diploma issued in NIGERIA it is compulsory to provide copy (both sides) of:<\/em><\/p>\n

        \n
      • NECO Results Card for Senior School Certificate issued by NECO<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        or<\/em><\/p>\n

          \n
        • WAEC Scratch Card for West African Senior School Certificate<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          1. Language certificate for the language of instruction \u2013 if applicable – translated into Romanian and officially endorsed, except the candidates:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              \n
            • coming from states whose official language is the study language of the program they have applied for<\/li>\n
            • who can prove with documents that they have studied for at least 4 years academic programs in the study language of the program they have applied for<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n
              1. Copy of the birth certificate \u2013 translated into Romanian and officially endorsed;<\/li>\n
              2. Medical certificate stating that the applicant is fit for university studies.<\/li>\n
              3. Passport copy;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
